Rallye Sanremo and Sanremo Historic Rally: entry open, countdown begins
With the opening of entries for competitors in the In the Italian Overall Rally Championship and Italian Historic Rally Championship for the two national rallies in western Liguria the first phase starts.
SANREMO (IM), 20 September – The organisational machine of the 71st Rallye Sanremo and of the 39th Sanremo Historic Rally, as well as of the 38th Coppa dei Fiori Regularity Race starts moving. From Tuesday 17th September, in fact, entries are open both for the race valid for the Italian Overall-Sparco Championship and for the one valid for the Italian Historic Car Rally Championship, rallies that also have continental validity for the European Rally Trophy the modern one, and for the FIA European Historic Championship the historic one. Entries will remain open until Wednesday 9 October; then from Thursday 17 October competitors will converge in Sanremo to race on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 October in the 71st Rallye Sanremo and on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October in the 39th Sanremo Historic Rally and close the long Sanremo weekend on Sunday 20 October at 5.00 pm on the platform located in Corso Imperatrice under the attentive gaze of the Art Nouveau villa of the Casino Municipale.
